Cancellation Policy
Please read the following. Final Notes on Deposits & Terms Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of service. The deposit amount varies depending on the service selected. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. Price Adjustments Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, vehicle size, or additional services requested at the time of appointment. If additional work is required beyond the selected service, we will notify you before proceeding and discuss any extra charges. Communication Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Please be available by phone or email on the day of your appointment in case we need to reach you.
