Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We provide mobile detailing services in Cairns & surrounding areas. We may update services, pricing, or availability without notice.

2. Bookings &  Cancellations

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person

• At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, space limitations, or safety concerns

3. Mobile detailing Service Requirements

• Your vehicle must be located on private property with enough space and access for safe work

• Unsafe environments, poor access, or public roads may result in cancellation or additional callout fees

• We may refuse service if the location is not compliant with our safety policies

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise

• We accept EFTPOS, bank transfers, cash, and credit/debit cards

• All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST

• Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur late fees

5. Additional Fees

• Extra charges apply for excessive pet hair, mould, bodily fluids, or biohazards

• These services require customer pre-approval and may not be available in all situations

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible and clean of personal items

• We are not responsible for any valuables or electronics left in the vehicle

• Allow sufficient time for detailing based on the service level and vehicle condition

7. Liability & Damage

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faded paint, or deteriorated surfaces

• Customers accept risk for services involving high-pressure water or engine bay cleaning

• You may be asked to sign a risk waiver for certain service types

8. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• If you’re not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours

• Refunds or rework will be offered based on inspection and service records

• No refunds are provided for services completed as described where expectations are subjective

9. Website Use & Copyright

• You agree not to copy or misuse the website or its contents. All content remains the intellectual property of Samurai Auto Detailing.
